Held in conjunction with Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2025, the exclusive event brought together travel trade professionals, media representatives, influencers, VIPs, and government stakeholders for an immersive evening of culture, storytelling, and luxury tourism.

The evening began with a Maldivian-themed red carpet welcome, followed by personalized guided tours of TODA’s immersive art spaces, setting a mesmerizing tone for the celebration. The Honourable Minister of Tourism and Environment, Mr. Thoriq Ibrahim, addressed the gathering with a heartfelt message highlighting the Maldives’ dedication to sustainability and authentic hospitality. He emphasized that the true Maldivian experience is deeply rooted in its people, their connection to nature, and a culture that values intimate, meaningful experiences.

A series of engaging cultural showcases followed, beginning with the premiere of “Dhivehi Dreams,” a short film capturing the cinematic beauty and spirit of the islands. The night also featured a live performance of the legendary folklore “Dhon Hiyala & Alifulhu,” presented as a unique blend of theatre and gastronomy. Guests were further enthralled by a vibrant fashion show that reimagined traditional Maldivian attire with modern design elements, as well as live music, cultural dances, and a carefully curated buffet of Maldivian fusion dishes infused with storytelling elements.

Interactive zones throughout the venue offered 360° immersive experiences, Virtual Reality explorations of the Maldives’ diverse ecosystems, and live demonstrations of traditional craftsmanship. One of the most memorable segments of the evening was the “Synergy of Art and Sound,” where renowned Maldivian artist Raappe painted a live artwork inspired by the islands, accompanied by a dynamic musical performance. The event concluded on a high note with an electrifying live set by Maldivian band Skyrock, blending local musical influences with global rhythms.
